Why Does the USGN Website Tell Me I Don’t Have an Account?
Our clients have their own USGN website. Check the email you received from USGN. It will contain the web address for the login page for your account.
How do I reset my Password?
From the login page, click the "Forgot your Password?" link. Enter your username and click "Email me." USGN will send an email to the email address associated with your account. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
