Position Title:

Implementation and Support Specialist


USGN, Inc. is looking for an experienced implementation and support specialist with a strong technical background to join our small growing software company. The Implementation and Support Specialist is responsible for defining, building, and implementing collaborative SaaS solutions using the USGN platform to support real estate, construction, facilities management, and other processes. This individual will be responsible for identifying client needs, successfully configuring the solution to meet client-specific requirements, resolving ad hoc client queries, and providing day-to-day customer support. This position requires an individual who has strong technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Individual must be able to work on multiple concurrent projects to meet agreed upon milestones.

Required Skills:


  • Design, implement, and deploy solutions in a timely and effective manner using the USGN software tool set
  • Work closely with clients to create and modify forms, reports, and workflow
  • Fully document solutions and create user manuals
  • Conduct in person and web-based training for clients
  • Provide timely and detailed responses to client requests for support and assistance
  • Articulate the USGN product capabilities for solution delivery
  • Work closely with the software development team and other implementation staff to identify and test new software capabilities
  • Generate, track, and close support tickets in a timely fashion


Other Desired Skills:

  • 2 plus years of customer service in a technical environment
  • 2 plus years experience supporting and implementing software solutions
  • Working knowledge of javascript
  • Proven track record of working with, managing, and deploying technical solutions that improve business processes
  • Ability to understand client needs and implement appropriate technical solutions
  • Detail oriented with a strong ability and desire to learn
  • Self motivated, goal oriented
  • Must be able to articulate complex concepts and solutions to audiences of varying experience
  • Knowledge of construction, facilities management, and real estate
